Multi-dimensional organisational development

How systems work

With multi-dimensional organisational development, first of all an analysis is conducted to find out how the system works. The focus is not on individual persons, but the combination of the whole. As soon as we have grasped its full complexity, control levers can be developed and used in a targeted manner to exert influence.

Together with the customer, among other things key questions such as the following are answered: What rules are there in this system and how are they investigated? How are decisions brought about? What behaviour is rewarded? Who or what has an influence on the achievement of objectives?
